If you're not sure how to describe your drain problem, or feel the issue could be rather complex, then don't worry - we'll happily arrange to attend site on a date and time that suits you in order to view the problem. We will then follow this up with either a verbal, emailed, or hard copy estimate.

If we are making a site visit in order to provide an estimate, then every attempt will be made to instead provide a more accurate quote for your convenience and peace of mind.

Under certain circumstances, it may even be possible to provide an estimate over the phone based on your detailed description of the problem or work required.

Reviewing Reports, Second Opinions and Estimates

On occasions when a report and estimate has already been prepared by another company and a second opinion is required, we will happily review this information and prepare you a second estimate.

Do note, however, that should a review of an existing report be somewhat lengthy and time consuming, possibly requiring the viewing of underground survey footage, plans and maps, etc, then a small charge may be necessary.
